Creating a User

The first step to creating a bugless account is to choose a User Name. The User Name should be between 2 and 16 characters. Spaces and certain special characters are allowed. Angled brackets < and > are parsed into &lt and &gt, so HTML tages will not work, and double quotes (") are not allowed.
